Wildflower Tunic
This project was a long time coming. I had bought the yellow yarn for a different top that looks kind of similar to this one, but in the middle of the project, I found out that I made it too big. Because I needed a change and didn't want to use the same pattern to remake it, I chose the
Wildflower Tunic by onedogwoof. I love yellow so much. It looks so good on my skin and it makes me feel so happy.

This project took a long time because I kept stalling. Because I was scarred from the last pattern I was constantly afraid that it wasn't going to work out. I made the front panel and half of the back panel, and then stopped for about a month. After it taking up too much space for too long, I finally decided to force myself to finish it. In the span of about a week, I finished the back panel and seamed it together. I was so pleased with the outcome and I love how it looks on me.

So far, I've worn it about 3 times. I wore it the first time at my crochet club. In the past, I had worked on it while attending the crochet club, and now that it was done, I was able to show them the finished product. The first time I wore it I wore it to the crochet club that I had been attending. The second time, I wore it to the first day of class. I got so many compliments. I don't remember the last time I wore it, but I'm definitely planning on wearing it a lot more in the coming season.
And at the crochet club one of the ladies asked if I could make her one of them. I don’t know how it will work out with making clothing items for other people, but I am excited for the challenge.
