You Won't Believe How Many Ends I Had to Weave In!

Cat in a Blanket Tapestry Crochet

This Cat in a Blanket Tapestry project, or more affectionately named : "#46868" on BraceletBook. BraceletBook is an amazing site to find cool patterns for friendship bracelets, Crochet Tapestry, or Knitting color work charts. The pixel grids are great to use for these and they are easily customizable.

This is the massive amount of ends I had to weave in at the end. I tried a new way of color work this time. Instead of keeping one ball of a certain color, I made bobbins of each to pull from once the color came up. Although this made it slightly easier, it made many more ends than anybody would want to weave in.

Of course, I could've just left them, but because of the professional I am, I had to weave them in. These shots are very aesthetic, I believe.

It looks very nice when they are all weaved in. Of course, I could've steamed it, but I decided to just hang it up as is. Maybe next time I will steam it.
I love the scallop border I added at the end. I was going to just do a single crochet border, but since I'm in love with scallops, I used scallops. I love that it tied the shading of the blanket in with the border in yellow. I'm such a fan of these colors and of cats, of course.
